My Story

Yulia Portrait.jpg

Hi, I'm Yulia. I live in Boston and work with people from diverse countries and cultures. I offer sessions in Russian, Ukrainian, and English.

I've developed my approach at the crossroads of coaching, narrative practices, group facilitation, and end-of-life care, informed by my ongoing study of Tibetan Buddhism, ethnography, and shamanic worldviews.

I've moved across countries and professions, speak five languages, and work in three. These transitions have opened my eyes to the diversity of human experience. I've met people holding vastly different values, beliefs, boundaries, possibilities, and patterns of thought. Again and again, I've witnessed how people create new versions of themselves while living through change—and walked alongside them in those processes.

I'm not interested in rigid concepts of what's right or how one should act. Instead, I work with clients to discover what truly works for them, what resonates, and what aligns with their deepest values.

I'm not a clinical psychologist and my work doesn't replace therapy. However, I can serve as a thoughtful, engaged professional companion alongside therapeutic work.
