Galentine's Day US
I'm hosting a free online gathering for Galentine's Day—not the brunch-and-champagne version, but a space to explore how you influence others, practice boundary-setting without guilt, and reconnect with parts of yourself you may have lost along the way.
We'll move through three experiential practices. Expect some moments of silence, some laughter, and some inner work.
February 12, 7:00 PM ET. Online. Free. Language: Russian
What We'll Do:
1. Two Ways of Paying Attention (based on Kasia Urbaniak's work)
In pairs, we'll practice two modes of attention: giving and receiving. Through silent eye contact, you'll notice how the quality of connection shifts depending on where you direct your awareness. Simple, but surprisingly powerful.
2. Saying "No" with Ease
One person makes requests (from small to ridiculous). The other practices declining, no explanations, no guilt. Just clean "no"s. You might be surprised by how freeing (and fun) this gets.
3. Calling Yourself Back (shamanic journey practice)
We'll close with a gentle, structured practice for reclaiming energy or parts of yourself you've been giving away habitually. Think of it as gathering yourself back together. Based on Daan van Kampenhout's soul retrieval work.

About Me
I'm Yulia. I live in Boston and work with people across countries and cultures in Russian, Ukrainian, and English.
My approach draws from coaching, narrative practices, group facilitation, end-of-life care training, and my ongoing study of ethnography and shamanic practices. You can read more about how I work [here] or explore my offerings [here].
This gathering is part of Open Studio — a space where I share practices I'm developing in real time.
